Job Description

Administrative Coordinator Join AB Staffing Solutions, a respected local company with over 23 years of experience. We are in search of an experienced Administrative Coordinator to become an integral part of our committed team.
Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities:
Perform clerical work to support our sales and recruitment teams. Send reports and other tasks as needed. Prepare and send contracts to existing clients and travelers. Prepare and send any other corresponding documents to existing clients and travelers as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to analyze data. Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to assume responsibility and work independently. Team player, maintaining a positive attitude in a high-pressure environment. Proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
