Onsite Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide specialized operational and administrative support within a public health-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to accuracy. This role involves coordinating projects, managing multiple priorities, and supporting the efficient delivery of community-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to departmental operations. Coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing priorities. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry systems. Support inventory tracking and management activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation using standard office tools. Utilize web-based applications and collaboration tools to support workflow efficiency. Assist in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Administrative and clerical expertise Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and web-based tools) Data entry and record management Organizational and multitasking abilities Presentation and communication skills Inventory management
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of responsible administrative or clerical experience Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred Experience:
Experience in public health, healthcare, clinical, social services, nonprofit, or public sector environments Notary Public experience is a plus
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience may be considered
Preferred Education:
Some college coursework preferred
Additional Requirements:
