Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations for a busy organization in Azusa, CA. The Fleet Coordinator will assist with vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, vendor coordination, recordkeeping, and ensuring compliance with company and safety standards. This role requires strong administrative skills, communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and usage trackingMaintain accurate records for inspections, registrations, insurance, fuel logs, and maintenance schedulesSchedule preventative maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providersMonitor fleet compliance with company policies and safety regulationsTrack vehicle downtime and assist with resolving operational issues efficientlyCommunicate with drivers, departments, and vendors regarding fleet needs and updatesProcess invoices, purchase orders, and related fleet documentationPrepare reports and maintain spreadsheets related to fleet operations and expensesAssist with inventory management of fleet-related supplies and equipmentProvide general administrative support to operations and transportation teams
