In this role, you will be key in our construction projects, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and meticulous management of project documentation. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will drive project success from inception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction initiatives, utilizing your expertise in project management software and construction processes to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring all tasks align with project timelines and objectives Manage and update project schedules using Primavera P6, Construction management software, and other relevant tools to maintain accurate timelines Assist in preparing and reviewing construction estimates with other estimating tools to support budgeting efforts Oversee contract documentation, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance and timely execution Facilitate communication between including contractors, clients, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and transparency Track project progress through detailed reporting, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident documentation Support on-site teams by providing administrative assistance related to construction site activities and safety protocols Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the construction industry Strong proficiency with construction management software such as Sage 100 Contractor, ProCore, or similar platforms Knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract administration Familiarity with project scheduling techniques and construction site operations Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively Hands-on experience with construction site activities or fieldwork is highly desirable Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders and team members We value proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute their expertise in construction project management.
Pay:
$25.63 - $30.87 per hour
