Job Description

Welcome to Palo Verde Healthcare District, which operates under the name Palo Verde Hospital. The Administrative Services Coordinator performs advanced administrative, operational, and project coordination in direct support of executive leadership and hospital operations. This position is responsible for managing organizational initiatives, administrative operations, regulatory support activities, data reporting, executive projects, and cross-functional communications that support organizational effectiveness and strategic operations. The Administrative Services Coordinator exercises independent judgment and discretion in prioritizing assignments, managing sensitive information, coordinating complex administrative and operational processes, and supporting organizational objectives. The role serves as a key liaison among departments, leadership, vendors, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and timely execution of strategic priorities. This position performs work directly related to general business operations and supports leadership in decision-making, compliance activities, project coordination, and organizational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative, operational, executive support or project coordination experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration or a related field. Healthcare or hospital administrative experience
