Job Description

We are currently seeking a Hospice Administrative Support professional to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you'll provide essential administrative and clerical support to our hospice team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping us deliver exceptional care to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the hospice department, including data entry, file management, and documentation tracking Coordinate communications between hospice staff, physicians, patients, and families Schedule patient visits, manage calendars, and assist with logistics Maintain compliance with all HIPAA and healthcare documentation requirements Support onboarding and orientation processes for hospice team members Assist with reports, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred) 2+ years of administrative experience (healthcare or hospice setting preferred) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems Why Join Us?
