Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace. Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for accurate record-keeping of financial transactions. Perform proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution. Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Personal assistant or administrative experience that demonstrates reliability and proactive problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks or similar software.
