This role includes front desk reception, purchasing coordination, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Support Answer phone calls and greet visitors Ensure visitors sign in/out and are accompanied while in the plant Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages (UPS/FedEx) Provide directions to the facility when needed Purchasing & Vendor Coordination Create and manage purchase orders Contact vendors to place orders or request services Ensure purchase request forms are completed and approved General Administrative Tasks Update daily production and packing waste reports Assist with internal communications and notifications Perform other duties as assigned by the
Plant Manager Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bilingual (English/Spanish).
