Job Description

This position, Administrative Coordinator supports Group Operations; maintains efficient department functions working closely with the internal staff; perform general administration, reception and clerical duties within the department of Group Operations. Completes MediCare and Medi-Cal enrollment packages for providers and locations. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications -Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Mail Merge Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm. Excellent organizational skills. Can operate office equipment i.e., printer, fax, etc. Required Experience Formal training will be indicated by a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years previous secretarial experience; excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented Knowledge of computer systems and applications Ability to establish priorities and coordinate variety of work activities. Must possess valid, unrestricted California Driver's License and auto insurance for occasional errands. Bachelor's degree preferred.
