Job Description

Overview:
FWI is building a team to support the Naval Postgraduate School's (NPS) NPS Extended Campus (NEC) and Office of University Communications (OUC). NEC provides a wide range of academic and administrative support services for approximately 2,780 students enrolled across NPS graduate-level programs. This position offers an entry point into academic program administration within a premier military postgraduate institution. This position will support daily operations including record-keeping, correspondence, event logistics, and database management, contributing to a high-performing team dedicated to student and faculty success at
NPS. FWI

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site:
This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the Naval Postgraduate School in
Monterey, CA Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support for student services Assist with processing applications, correspondence, and event logistics Maintain records and databases Support day-to-day operations of the NPS Extended Campus.
Qualifications:
Required:
At least a High School Diploma or a degree related to administration, logistics, or relevant professional discipline. Prior experience preferred but not required in administrative student support in an institution of higher education
Desired:
Demonstrated skills in working with information systems, MS Office tools, and database management Shows ability for learning and being able to work independently with minimal oversight
