A growing property management company in Oceanside is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support office operations, tenant communication, and administrative workflows during a high-volume operational period. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing customer support with administrative coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys supporting both internal teams and external clients.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office SupportCoordinate office operations and daily administrative workflowsAssist with tenant communication and service request coordinationMaintain organized property records and documentationSupport scheduling, reporting, and operational tracking tasksAnswer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionallyCoordination & Customer SupportCommunicate with vendors, residents, and internal departmentsAssist with lease documentation and administrative processingSupport special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
