Cross Functional Administrative Coordinator ???? Orland, California ???? $22.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt About the Opportunity Talent Group is partnering with an agricultural operations company in Orland, CA to identify a Cross Functional Administrative Coordinator to support a high-volume customer service and supply chain environment. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can pivot quickly, and enjoys working across multiple departments. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer orders, outbound shipments, documentation, and internal operational workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities between the office and warehouse/scale house. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage customer shipping documentation and purchase orders
  • Support outbound shipment logistics and ensure all files are accurate and complete
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, shipping instructions, and customer records
  • Monitor order fulfillment and contract compliance reports
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
  • Secure bookings with shipping lines and coordinate logistics scheduling
  • Support customer service functions and help resolve shipment or documentation issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Accounting teams
  • Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support and assist where needed What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of administrative, customer service, logistics, accounting, or supply chain support experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive documentation accurately
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP, shipping, or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Agricultural, export, logistics, or manufacturing experience highly preferred Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged sitting and desk work
  • Frequent walking between office and operational areas
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
