Front Desk Supervisor

The Holiday Inn Redding is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will assist the Front Office Manager with the daily operations of the front desk. You will also help guide the team in providing fast, friendly, and efficient service while ensuring guests have a positive experience and their needs are consistently met throughout their stay. Compensation:

$18 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Assists in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates. Ensures guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving guest complaints, and greeting in-house guests. Fills in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when staff need to dictate. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the reservation management system (OPERA) - preferred. Experienced in the IHG Brand is preferred. Weekend and night availability is required. Flexible work hours are required. About Company Our Redding Hotel is near the Shasta Cascade Region.
