Full Job Description Job Description:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound recruiting calls daily to prospective Class C Driver candidates. Screen applicants to determine qualifications and eligibility. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate appointments. Follow up with applicants regarding application status and next steps. Maintain and update applicant records in Tenstreet and other recruiting systems. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified drivers for current and future openings. Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms. Assist candidates with onboarding paperwork and compliance requirements. Track recruiting activities and provide daily updates on call volume, contacts made, and candidate status. Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, text, and email. Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities. Performance Expectations Maintain daily outbound call goals. Generate qualified candidate leads for open Class C Driver positions. Schedule and complete candidate interviews. Ensure timely follow-up on all new applicants. Maintain accurate recruiting records and notes.
Compensation Hourly Pay:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Job Requirements:
Previous recruiting, customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred. Strong communication and phone skills. Comfortable making 75-150+ outbound calls per day. Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate pipelines. Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and applicant tracking systems. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Wage Range:
17.00 - 18.00 per hour
