Job Description

Johnson Service Group, has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator for a Construction Company. Contract | Onsite | Hourly pay rate for this position is $24 - 28 per hour based on experience Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and scheduling
  • Handle email and phone communications
  • Organize files and maintain documentation
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations
  • Assist with special projects and general office coordination Requirements
  • 1 year experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, including Sage and Zoho
  • Professional, customer-focused demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
  • Scheduling or dispatch experience
  • Front office, receptionist, or administrative support background
