Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to leadership and internal teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to leadership and department teamsCoordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as neededPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documentsMaintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentationServe as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendorsAssist with office operations, supply management, and general administrative workflowsSupport scheduling, project tracking, and follow-up on key deliverablesCoordinate meetings, events, and internal communicationsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismAssist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
