Job Description

Description Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to leadership and internal teams. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to leadership and department teams + Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed + Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents + Maintain organized filing systems, records, and office documentation + Serve as a point of contact for internal staff, clients, and vendors + Assist with office operations, supply management, and general administrative workflows + Support scheduling, project tracking, and follow-up on key deliverables + Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications + Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism + Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of administrative, office support, or coordination experience + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills + Experience supporting multiple departments or team members preferred
