Job Description
Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflows. In this role, you'll be the backbone of a dynamic team, juggling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, coordinating services, and managing conference rooms. Welcome clients and ensure a professional on-site experience. Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, correspondence, and supply management. Maintain organization and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform light physical tasks as needed.
