Job Description

Job Title Program & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time, temporary but potential to become permament) Pay $23
  • 25/hour depending on experience Job Type Part-time (approx. 30 hours/week) Temporary (approx. 3 months), with potential for permanent placement Schedule Monday-Friday, typically 11:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM Occasional evenings/weekends for events About Us We are a local nonprofit serving older adults in the Orcutt/Santa Maria community.
We offer programs that promote connection, wellness, and active living in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet members and serve as front desk support Answer phones and assist with general office needs Help coordinate daily programs and classroom setup Create flyers and simple materials using Canva or similar Maintain organized records and office systems Support events and fundraising activities as needed Qualifications 2-4 years experience in office, admin, or customer-facing role Strong organization and communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic design tools (Canva or similar) Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with people Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
