Full Job Description Description:
Seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Torrance, CA. This position will report to our office to support the staff and is a great opportunity to growth with a team. Previous experience providing administrative and sales support to a team and answering the telephone is necessary.
About the role:
This position supports a team of Private Sales Advisors with administrative tasks including customer service client support, sending out correspondence, pulling reports and other support functions. The position will be expected to learn and master several internal software applications including our inventory and order placement/fulfillment app, our client relationship management system and other database apps. The position may also be asked to provide research on some of our products and to work with and help coordinate the creation of programmatic sales initiatives for the team of Advisors. This person will also help the team follow up on orders and other customer information requests and correspondence. Maintains department organization and housekeeping standards, manages inventory and ordering of supplies, and assists with coordinating departmental events and activities.
Requirements:
8-hour shift Monday to Friday Great telephone skills. Handle many tasks at once. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Treat people with respect; Inspire the trust of others; Work with integrity and ethically; Uphold organizational values of teamwork, pitching in when and where needed.
