Bright Ocean Cleaning is a eco-friendly cleaning company serving Colorado. We focus on high-quality service, fast communication, and delivering peace of mind to our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and website inquiries
• Schedule cleaning appointments using our booking system
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
• Coordinate schedules with cleaning teams
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and phone skills
• Someone who has available knowledge in systems
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Fast responder (very important)
• Comfortable using scheduling software
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Customer service or sales experience preferred

Compensation:

$20-$23/hour + bonuses per booked client

Goal:

Help us grow by converting leads into booked clients and keeping our schedule full. Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm Working from home and office ! can work weekends if you want to get extra pay!

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
