Job Description

Administrative Coordinator Make an Impact in a Fast‑Growing Corporate Environment We're seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting critical client communications and contract documentation. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, research, and collaborating with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll use our proprietary systems to keep client letters and contract information accurate and up to date—ensuring projects move forward smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do Accurately update and maintain client letters and contract information within our proprietary system Perform high‑quality data entry with speed and precision Support deficiency letters and conduct research as needed Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners Manage and respond to emails related to active projects Adapt quickly as priorities evolve in a fast‑moving workplace Collaborate closely with senior leadership and multiple departments What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Solid research skills and a customer‑service mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Nice to Have Experience with clerical work, scanning, and document management Exposure to cross‑functional teams such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Documentation, and Titling Comfort working in a structured, process‑driven environment Why You'll Love Working Here Brand‑new corporate office with a modern, professional atmosphere Fully in‑office schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Located at our Norwalk headquarters , home to a collaborative team of 121 employees On‑site cafeteria plus nearby amenities including Starbucks and a hair salon Open‑ended contract role with strong potential for extension due to ongoing project demand Direct exposure to senior leadership and multiple business functions Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwalk, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
