Job Description

ADMIRA Dentistry is seeking a highly organized, positive, and detail-oriented Dental Administrative Coordinator to join our growing fee-for-service practice in Jacksonville. This position is ideal for someone with dental front office experience who enjoys multitasking, keeping systems organized, and helping create an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and professional attitude with patients and team members.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinating hygiene schedule and patient confirmations Managing recalls and unscheduled treatment follow-up Assisting with insurance submissions and administrative tasks Scanning and organizing patient records and progress letters Managing incoming mail, emails, and administrative workflow Supporting front office flow and communication Helping maintain schedule efficiency and daily organization
Qualifications:
Dental office experience required EagleSoft experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with dental insurance and scheduling preferred

Pay:
$23-27/hour depending on experience
