Job Description

Regional Administrative Manager | Full-time | Pediatrics | Jacksonville, FL H2 Health is seeking an experienced Regional Administrative Manager to support our growing Pediatric Division in Jacksonville, Florida. This leadership role is ideal for an organized, collaborative professional who is passionate about operational excellence and delivering an exceptional patient experience. In this role, you'll oversee administrative operations across multiple pediatric clinics, support and develop front office teams, and partner with leadership to ensure efficient, consistent day-to-day operations. Your Role Lead and support regional administrative operations across multiple pediatric clinics. Supervise, coach, and develop front office and administrative team members. Promote standardized processes and operational best practices. Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development. Monitor scheduling, patient registration, and administrative workflows for efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with regional and clinical leadership to address operational opportunities and challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations. Support patient satisfaction initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned. Travel within the assigned region as needed to support clinic operations. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. Previous administrative leadership or multi-site management experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare scheduling or electronic medical record systems preferred.
