Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a polished and highly organized Client Administrator for a part-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for an administrative support professional who enjoys client interaction, internal coordination, project support, and keeping business operations running smoothly. The Client Administrator will work 100% onsite in a business professional environment and support a senior leader directly, providing exposure to multiple business functions and day-to-day operational priorities. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative workplace with supportive leadership, professional communication standards, and the potential for future growth into full-time hours. This position offers variety, visibility, and the chance to build experience across administration, client service, scheduling, reporting, financial documentation, and marketing-related support. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary administrative support contact for multiple business operations and internal teams.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, calendars, agendas, invitations, logistics, and meeting notes.
  • Manage records, correspondence, reporting, expense documentation, budget tracking, and other administrative materials.
  • Support client, customer, and external partner communication with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Assist with internal projects by tracking timelines, coordinating updates, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
  • Research industry trends and support social media or marketing-related administrative tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $21 to $22 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Part-time, Monday through Friday.
  • Hours:
    Approximately 20 to 24 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule within standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32810.
  • Employment type: Temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
