Job Description

Security Pro of Florida, LLC, a reputable security alarm and surveillance camera systems company based in Orange City, Florida, is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator. With 20 years of experience in the security industry, we specialize in installing and monitoring burglar and fire alarm systems for both commercial and residential clients. Additionally, we provide installation and networking services for CCTV surveillance systems, door access systems, and more. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The working hours for this position are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines, tasks, and duties simultaneously
  • Familiarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with staff and customers
  • Independently motivated, with the ability to take on task and duties without immediate direction
  • Must have reliable transportation and a clean criminal background
Responsibilities:
  • Providing assistance and answering questions over the phone or redirecting them to the appropriate person
  • Scheduling work orders
  • Preparing job orders for technicians for the following day
  • Compiling new customer packages upon notification
  • Organizing future work orders and new installation files
  • General filing
  • Collection of outstanding Invoices
  • Maintaining the accounts database
  • Keeping the office area organized and stocked with supplies
  • Managing the calendar for scheduled work
  • Following up with the Sales and Technical departments regarding any changes
