Over 20,000 Students 10 Campuses Competency Based Education Online Administrative Supervisor Description South College Orlando Campus is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to join the team! The position is full-time, on-site in Orlando, FL.
Responsibilities:
Coach receptionist in Faculty Area Answer the telephone Direct daily calls to proper staff or faculty. Receive and distribute student messages for emergencies only. Assist visitors - determine who they need to see and direct them to that person. Manage Administrative Assistants Monitor Word Processing Produce special correspondence and projects for the Academic Programs Produce routine reports and projects for Academic Programs. Proofread documents as requested. Copy and distribute documents as requested. Accurately input Computer/Data Entry Print lists/reports from CAMPUS as requested by faculty Assist faculty with test generation and other documents as necessary. Manage General Clerical Sort and distribute interoffice mail to instructors. Assist with setting advising appointments for faculty Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Financial Aid.
Requirements:
Education High School Graduate Experience 2+ years of supervisor experience Two to three years in an office environment performing relative duties as described above
Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Skills and Abilities:
Interpersonal skills such as organization, communication, strong work ethic, the ability to make sound decisions Preferred Qualifications Some college Experience working with student information system (e.g. CampusVue, Banner)
