Data Entry & Administrative Coordinator Orlando, FL 32819 (100% Onsite) $18-20/hour
Contract:
June 1, 2026 - December 1, 2026 Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry & Administrative Coordinator to join a collaborative team in Orlando. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while developing administrative, data management, and coordination skills. This role is fully onsite and offers the potential for extension or future conversion opportunities based on business needs and performance, though conversion is not guaranteed at this time. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and departmental requests Perform accurate data entry and maintain records with a high level of attention to detail Manage incoming phone calls and prioritize urgent requests appropriately Update and maintain schedules, contacts, and departmental records Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, and arrange catering as needed Assist with tracking invoices, expenses, and budget-related documentation Support special projects and day-to-day administrative operations Sort and prioritize incoming mail and communications Help ensure smooth workflow and organization within the department Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Excel required Familiarity with SharePoint highly preferred PMWeb experience is a plus, but not required Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable asking questions, learning new processes, and collaborating with team members Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their administrative and operational experience within a supportive team environment.
