As an Administrative Supervisor with Klement Family Dental, you will play a key leadership role in supporting our Patient Coordinator team while helping create an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities:
Personally strive to delight patients by creating a comfortable, caring, and convenient environment Supervise and mentor the front desk team by providing training, guidance, growth, and ongoing support Monitor and manage front desk workflow to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding patient care Ensure patients are greeted and telephones are answered in a timely and professional fashion Oversee patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and insurance verification Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and compassionate manner Coordinate fees and insurance benefits for patients Ensure all accounts are properly audited when payment is received Support billing processes, administrative reporting, and office supply management Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented to assist with team training Utilize available financial options to assist patients in being able to move forward with needed treatment Ensure all financial obligations are communicated with patients and payment is collected appropriately Foster a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for patients and team members Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements The role may require periodic travel This awesome opportunity offers: Competitive salary Opportunities for bonuses Full time employment Health insurance, dental, paid vacation, paid sick time, holiday pay, company matched 401K A busy, fun, team oriented environment Once a month total team building meetings A friendly and supportive team Up-to-date technology and a modern, beautiful facility Opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
