Job Description

For more than 50 years, Fellowship House, a nonprofit behavioral health organization, has helped adults living with serious mental illness build meaningful, independent lives through a wide range of recovery-focused services. We're looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to help support the important work we do every day. This position plays a key role in keeping our programs and operations running smoothly by providing administrative support to agency leadership and multiple departments. What You'll Do As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll be involved in many aspects of agency operations, including: Preparing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, agendas, and other documents Supporting leadership and various departments with administrative and clerical tasks Assisting with billing documentation, prior authorizations, and reporting requirements Collecting, reviewing, and tracking operational, fiscal, and program data Preparing meeting agendas and recording meeting minutes Assisting with contract, grant, audit, and compliance documentation Coordinating department vehicle scheduling and related records Supporting special projects and agency initiatives Providing front office coverage when needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Professional, positive, and flexible attitude Administrative or office support experience preferred Why Join Fellowship House?
