Copy Center Supervisor Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. - 5.0 West Palm Beach, FL Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Graphic design software Productivity software Full Job Description The Copy Center Supervisor manages daily copy center workflow, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requests. Responsibilities include performing and overseeing copying, binding, graphic design, and exhibit creation. This role coordinates outsourced specialty print jobs and maintains/troubleshoots equipment, including recommending purchases and upgrades. The Supervisor oversees firm-wide copier purchasing and maintenance, maintains office maps and phone directories, and supervises the copy center clerk. This position also serves as backup to the Office Services Supervisor as needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe are required. Candidates should possess experience with print production, binding, and graphic creation. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to process consistency are essential for success in this role.
