Front Desk Supervisor Location:
Atlanta, GA 30354 Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations at our Atlanta location. The ideal candidate will lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient workflow, and a welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front desk staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure prompt and professional handling of all visitor inquiries, phone calls, and appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations. Manage office supplies and front desk equipment inventory. Prepare and maintain daily reports and logs related to front desk activities. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures at the front desk. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and front desk management software. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Work Environment This position is based in our Atlanta, GA office located in the 30354 zip code area. The Front Desk Supervisor will work primarily indoors in a professional office setting.
