The Coker Accident Lawyers is a well-established personal injury law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and customer service to our clients. We take pride in the service we provide to our community. About the Role We're seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. While this role supports legal work, prior paralegal experience is not required—we're looking for someone who brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy Organize and maintain digital and physical files Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups Assist with document preparation, formatting, and data entry Support team projects and help keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong administrative or office coordination experience (legal experience is a plus, but not required) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Why Join Us Meaningful work helping clients through challenging situations Competitive compensation and benefits package Stable, long-term career opportunity Work life balance with a 4 day work week
