About AVT AVT (Advanced Vision Technology) is a leader in print inspection and quality assurance solutions for the packaging and labels industry. Position Summary AVT US is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Service, Sales, and Operations departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Professionally handle and route incoming calls in a timely manner. Create, update, and maintain service requests in internal systems. Schedule and coordinate Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits for customers. Assist with dispatching Field Service Engineers and tracking service activity. Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and customer information. Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, updates, and changes. Support Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks and reporting. Monitor open service requests and ensure timely resolution and follow-up. Perform data entry, filing, and document management as needed. Contribute to internal projects and operational improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient workflows. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or coordination roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Experience supporting service, operations, or technical teams is an advantage. Requirements On-site availability required. Reliable transportation. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Positive, customer-focused attitude and strong team collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $45,000-$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for participation in the Company's Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) with a target bonus of 5% of annual base salary.
