Job Description

Company Overview Pathway to Hope Counseling Services is a Community Behavioral Health Agency, dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services. We are going into our 20th year providing quality services to clients in the community and are fully accredited by CARF. Our agency is currently developing a school-based program to service students in Winder, Ga and surrounding counties. Summary The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for the school-based mental health program and assists leadership staff in maintaining efficient program operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate scheduling and administrative activities.
  • Maintain personnel and program records.
  • Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes.
  • Support reporting and data collection activities.
  • Track required documentation and deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials.
  • Process administrative requests and correspondence.
  • Maintain program files and records.
  • Assist with contract-related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to program leadership.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or behavioral health administration preferred.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Required Documentation from Candidates selected for this position:
