Administrative Coordinator KumabeHR Honolulu, HI Job Details Full-time $21 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Phone communication Expense management Zoom Administrative experience Organizational skills Productivity software Technical Proficiency Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Kumabe HR is partnering with a local realty company to hire an Administrative Specialist to to support their Professional Standards and Member Services teams. This role provides critical coordination, case tracking, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with case management, including intake, tracking, and follow-up Coordinate and schedule meetings, mediations, and hearings (virtual and in-person) Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and manage related documentation Provide administrative support for committees and ensure alignment with established standards Maintain accurate records, reports, and case statistics Communicate with members, staff, and the public regarding inquiries and case updates Maintain calendars, attendance records, and meeting logistics (including Zoom) Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing Provide general administrative support to department staff Support deadlines, reporting, and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems Strong customer service skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
