This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in our Honolulu studio. This role manages client and visitor experience, coordinates vendors, and maintains our architecture and interior design materials library. The ideal candidate has experience in the A/E/C industry, is highly organized, works independently, and is comfortable supporting multiple team leaders. Familiarity with marketing production support—such as assembling visual materials—is strongly preferred.
