Job Description

Position:
Full-Time, Administrative Coordinator Industry:
Energy Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00
PM Pay:
$26.00-$34.00/hr (depends on experience)
Requirement:
Candidates must be in-state

Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Safety Department. This role serves as a central point of contact for safety programs, documentation, training logistics, reporting, and departmental processes. The position is administrative only and does not conduct inspections or regulatory compliance determinations.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate safety programs, schedules, deadlines, and departmental operations
  • Maintain safety records for training, medical monitoring, certifications, calibration, and incidents
  • Coordinate safety training and medical exams; track completion and communicate requirements
  • Maintain safety databases and tracking systems; generate reports for leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for meetings, audits, and projects #
RemedyHIjobs Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's preferred)
  • 4-5 years of administrative/coordination experience (safety, HR, risk, or operations preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and tracking systems
  • Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
