This unique role blends marketing, employee engagement, and administrative operations to support both our internal culture and external brand presence. You'll work closely with physicians, leadership, staff, and community partners to create meaningful experiences, strengthen our reputation, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. What You'll Do Marketing, Social Media & Brand Management Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms Manage social media, website content, SEO basics, and online reputation Coordinate with external marketing partners and physician liaisons Track and analyze campaign performance Plan and promote community outreach and key campaigns Create newsletters and marketing materials Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives Plan and execute events such as appreciation days, holiday parties, and themed activities Coordinate recognition efforts (milestones, life events, celebrations) Manage employee onboarding materials and welcome experiences Organize contests, raffles, and team-building activities Partner with physicians and vendors for events and lunches Administrative & Operational Support Support leadership with Board meetings, scheduling, and coordination Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics Assist with onboarding, training schedules, and facility coordination Maintain supplies and vendor relationships Coordinate physician schedules, student rotations, and operational needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in marketing, culture/engagement, or administrative roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with social media, digital marketing, and analytics Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Details Full-time, on-site position (not remote) Occasional local travel and event participation required Some evening or early morning events may be needed
