About the Role To Apply for this Job Click Here We are partnering with a leading global investment platform to identify an Administrative Coordinator to join their marketing and investor relations function. This individual will play a critical role supporting global initiatives and events. This is a highly visible, fast-paced opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a 3/2 hyrbid role. The Role Coordinate global fundraising initiatives, including investor roadshows and outreach efforts Support the planning and execution of due diligence processes and investor meetings Assist in organizing large-scale investor events, conferences, and virtual programs Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events Maintain organized, high-quality communication and documentation standards across projects Ideal Background Prior administrative experience in financial services Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, or event platforms Why This Role Opportunity to support high-impact global fundraising initiatives Exposure to senior stakeholders and investor-facing activities Collaborative, fast-moving environment with strong growth potential Competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus eligibility and allowances for wellness, WFH and childcare
