Administrative Coordinator (Entry Level)

  • Plus full health benefits, PTO, 401(k) match About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, backend data management, and administrative support. You'll play a key role behind the scenes ensuring account information is accurate, invoices are verified, and internal records are up to date. What You'll Do Update and maintain customer and account information in internal systems Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies Review and process invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals Cross-check billing records and flag inconsistencies Assist with data entry and reporting tasks Organize and maintain digital records and documentation Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks Help improve and streamline backend processes What We're Looking For Associates degree (required), bachelor's degree (preferred but not required) office experience or internship experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Schaumburg IL, is hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator.
