We're seeking a highly detail-oriented, timeline-driven professional to support the administrative and development systems that make this work possible. Core Responsibilities Manage donor database (Bloomerang) with precision Process gifts + send acknowledgements within set timelines Track donor communications, campaigns, and deadlines Assist with grant tracking, reporting, and submissions Support fundraising campaigns and sponsorship tracking Generate reports for ED and Board Ensure donor benefits and recognition are fulfilled Maintain strong systems, organization, and follow-through Help with coordination of special events Ideal Candidate Extremely detail-oriented Loves systems, spreadsheets, and checklists Strong follow-through and deadline management Nonprofit development experience a plus
