Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support a fast-paced consulting team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for technical and business teams, ensuring tasks move forward smoothly and are completed on time.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling needs, and project-related timelines for team members with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Prepare, organize, and route documentation, approvals, and internal requests through established systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support training logistics by arranging Webex sessions, assisting with in-person meetings, and helping larger group events stay well organized.
  • Track project details, maintain databases, and monitor progress updates so leaders have clear and current information for decision-making.
  • Assist with process coordination across teams that may follow different workflows, helping create consistency in administrative support activities.
  • Respond to internal questions and service needs promptly, using sound judgment to gather details and escalate issues when needed.
  • Work closely with strong-minded stakeholders in a thoughtful and organized manner, adapting quickly to expectations and maintaining dependable support.
