Job Details Description Administrative Coordinator Hondros College of Nursing Indianapolis, IN Hondros College of Nursing is hiring anAdministrative Coordinator for the Indianapolis Campus! This is an entry level role and great opportunity to join us inmaking a difference in lives of others! Responsibilities:
Serves as a student, faculty, and staffresource and ambassador for the college Provides professional, courteous, timely front/reception desk customer service to students,faculty, staff, and customers; referring students, faculty, staff, and customers to other college support services as needed Performs general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, answering phones, responding to emails, schedulingappointments, processing book returns, issuing uniforms, and scheduling, organizing, and operating classrooms and campus-based spaces Complete student payment processes including taking payments, completing ledger corrections, and making bank deposits Createsand maintains student academic files; ensuring all compliance requirements are met Creates and maintains student academicdocumentation tracking Executes student cancellation reporting Partners with the Registrar's Office to complete studentfile audits; ensuring that student files remain accurate and compliant Records and maintains student attendance records Coordinates and manages student IEP testing Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment Participates in newstudent orientation activities Performs other duties as assigned Requirements:
A Bachelor'sDegree preferred At least one year experience in admissions, student services, or campus operations position Skills :
Excellent Knowledge of admissions/registration and student services processes StrongCustomer Service Skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Strong knowledge of career development and job searchprocesses Excellent presentation skills Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellentinterpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to maintain security of confidential student records Ability to work with a diverse student population About Us:
