Executive Administrative Coordinator Synergy Staffing Services - 3.2 Olathe, KS Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $65,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Interpersonal skills Executive administrative support Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Overview A growing construction company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to support the leadership team and assist with the administrative functions that keep their business running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, excels at organization, communicates professionally, and takes pride in keeping projects and information moving forward. Responsibilities Contact subcontractors and suppliers regarding upcoming project bids and document responses Maintain bid tracking logs and update internal databases Assist with bid preparation by organizing, printing, and distributing project documents Electronically file and manage project-related documentation Support company leadership with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination Assist with email management and correspondence on behalf of executives Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Coordinate office communications and follow up on action items as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure information is organized and accessible Provide general administrative support to the office and leadership team Skills 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, executive assistant, customer service, or related experience preferred Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable making outbound phone calls and interacting with vendors and business partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Professional, positive, and dependable attitude The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We value individuals who take initiative, communicate effectively, and enjoy supporting a team.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
