Eaton Roofing is looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Coordinator to help keep our office, customers, and projects running smoothly. This is not a "sit quietly behind a desk and answer phones" type of role. This is a true right-hand position for someone who: enjoys variety in their day thrives in organized chaos communicates well with people and takes pride in helping a business operate efficiently If you have experience in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, construction, or other home service industries, that is a HUGE plus. with company match Stable, full-time position Friendly, family-oriented culture Team outings, holiday parties, BBQs, and company events Opportunity to grow with a respected local company Hands-on involvement with operations, permitting, customer support, and office coordination What You'll Be Doing Organize appointments, meetings, and schedules Work closely with management and corporate personnel while maintaining multiple calendars Greet customers and visitors professionally Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Manage customer follow-up communication and feedback Process customer inquiries and provide administrative support Maintain organization and presentation of the office Process payments and job data entry Track insurance payments and prepare invoices Help maintain accurate job files and job costing information Coordinate permits and other construction-related administrative tasks Assist with company events, sales meetings, contests, and promotions Order and maintain office supplies Provide direct support to ownership and management Assist with social media and online presence support What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable handling multiple moving parts throughout the day Detail-oriented and dependable Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed Comfortable learning software, CRM systems, and office technology
Highly Preferred:
Experience in roofing, HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, restoration, or construction-related industries Experience with permits, invoicing, scheduling, or insurance-related paperwork Social media familiarity Who Does Well Here Problem solvers People who like staying busy Organized personalities who naturally take ownership Individuals who notice details others miss Team players who enjoy helping a company run smoothly behind the scenes Let's Be Honest This role requires someone who can: pivot quickly stay organized under pressure and communicate professionally with customers, crews, vendors, and leadership alike If you enjoy structure, variety, and being an important part of a growing company, this could be a great fit.
