Full Job Description Duties of The Supervisor Intake:

 You will ensure that rooms are staged for walk thru  will coordinate and assist with move in  ensure that new resident inventory is completed Human Resources  Hiring  Managing employee file  Training and development Operation  Schedule preparation and management  Provide and facilitate coverage for callout  Inventory Management  Support and oversight of staff  Ensure house is run up to company's standards. Meeting  Attend with other members of the management team  Schedule and conduct meetings staff Compliance  State compliance- ensure that we are state ready at all times. Care  Manage resident continuum of care to ensure compliance and company standard. Miscellaneous All other duties as assigned by the employer which is necessary for successful run the business. Hours and Compensation Supervisor will have 80 hours guarantee every pay period. This position requires staff to be flexible to support staff as needed. It does not have fix hours. Pay shall be cap at $20.50 an hour starting $19 for your first 30 days of training. Pay will be increased to $20.50 on the pay period beginning immediately after your 30-day evaluation. Supervisor will also receive $200 gas allowance monthly. Company also offers 401K and short-term disability. Qualifications Certified Medication Aide for at least 1 year Prior supervisor experience High School Graduate Computer literate Excellent communication skills Ownership Commitment to excellence Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities Strong time management ability Team leadership experience

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.50 per hour
