Job Description

We will promote the removal of social, vocational, educational, and environmental barriers which deprive individuals of the opportunity to be self-sufficient and socially integrated into the community. To accomplish these goals we will provide educational opportunities for skill enhancement, employment opportunities within our setting, and employment assistance within our community. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team! The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for data entry, administrative and financial operations, and maintaining electronic case records for participants receiving services. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of participant records, payroll processing, Medicaid billing, and financial reporting while supporting organizational compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and funding requirements. The Administrative/Finance Coordinator serves as a liaison between program staff, participants, families, case managers, and external agencies to ensure efficient operations and quality service delivery. Job Duties Ability to maintain confidential information. Construct and maintain electronic case record files for all new participants. Review participant files regularly to ensure required documentation is current and complete. Maintain, archive, and purge records in accordance with record retention requirements. Complete quarterly participant wage rate reviews and updates. Monitor the front door to ensure only allowed visitors are let into the Center. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and clerical tasks Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and time management techniques Strong typing skills along with proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications
Required:
