Troop B, located in the city of Kenner, LA, serves six surrounding parishes (St. John the Baptist, St. Charles, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, Orleans, and Jefferson). We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator 3 to serve as administrative support. This position responds to requests for information and may require interpreting department rules and regulations. An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties Performs responsible, initial departmental-program duties in accordance with rules, regulations, and policies. May involve communication with other departments, customers, etc. Processing tickets, sorting, inputting in ticket accountability, filing, and sending to courts Crash Reports-filing supplements for crash reports, dealing with the courts, and sending requested crash reports Fax and Court Request-processing outside agencies and DA's office requests for DWI and criminal arrest Filing miscellaneous paperwork. (ticket backs, OMV paperwork, supplements, transmittals) Payroll-filing payroll reports and completing PPA's Supplies-putting together the monthly supply order and putting supplies away. Crash Report Sales-processing the crash report deposits, sending receipts and transmittals to Finance Serves as backup to Administrative Assistant 4 in their absence. Performs related duties as assigned.
