The administrative coordinator assists in maintenance processes, performs recurring duties independently, and is given specific instructions for non-routine assignments as needed. The ability to follow, reinforce, adapt, or develop policies and procedures to maintain compliance with federal and state legal requirements, State Civil Service rules, and organizational policies. Minimum Qualifications Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Execute the process to activate Warhawk Express Set up or close Warhawk Express Execute the process to add meal plans to the ID cards each semester Make all ID cards for students, faculty/staff, and badges for various groups on campus Order supplies for use with the ID card printers Coordinate with different departments to get ready for PREP Sessions Make meal plan changes when needed Add new students with housing assignments Update lost ID'S with access Enter money paid to Aramark for meals and flex dollars
